In the heart of an historic city, this new-build townhouse was transformed into a contemporary family home complete with bespoke furniture, a modern palette and eclectic furnishings throughout
Our clients wanted a home filled with light, colour and authentic character. They loved contemporary styles, from clean lines to modern fabrics and statement furniture, but the house had to be practical for children and muddy dogs too. Bespoke joinery was needed to house their media tech and provide streamlined storage solutions throughout.
We created a large, open plan kitchen and family area with fresh decor, comfortable seating and cool, contemporary accents. For the drawing room, we designed and commissioned bespoke Mid Century tub chairs to create a beautiful focal point and maximise the space.
The carefully curated art, furnishings and statement lighting added character whilst the greenery introduced a bright, botanical layer and a calming aesthetic.
The guest bedrooms and master suite were given a boutique feel with fresh fabrics, original prints and soft textures. A magical ‘fern forest’ theme was used for the children’s playroom, complete with a bespoke art desk area, a teepee and fun soft play zones. The twin room in the attic became a calm sanctuary with a soothing colour scheme and welcoming soft furnishings.
This fresh, boutique-style town house exudes a calm atmosphere accented with contemporary colours and filled with lush furnishings. Clever storage for the tech, alongside bespoke joinery for the dressing room, optimise the space and give the interiors their exceptional finish. The use of natural materials, original fabrics and practical surfaces make this a unique family home with a true sense of character.
